Returns
We want you to love your items and be completely happy with your purchase. Please double-check all sizing and address details before completing your order, as we want to minimise environmental impact of sending and returning goods but should you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
To make your holiday shopping stress-free, we’re extending our returns period from usual limit for returns. Any purchases made between 1 November and 24th December 2024 can be returned as late as 17th January 2025. For purchases made from 25th December 2024 onwards, our normal refund policy will apply.
**Please note for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be accepted for return**
Eligibility for Returns
All returned goods will be processed by us upon arrival at our warehouse.
All goods must be returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all labels and tags still attached and in original packaging within 28 days from date of purchase to qualify for a full refund.
When trying on items, please avoid contact with makeup or creams as we reserve the right to refuse refunds if the guidelines above are not met.
Return Period
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order and return within 28 days of purchase in the same condition as they were received for a full refund.

**Customer Responsibility**
Postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund & Exchange Process
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
We do not offer exchanges so if a different style or size is required, you will need to send the original item(s) back to us for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Incorrect or faulty items
If you’ve mistakenly received a faulty or incorrect item, in certain circumstances, we will send you a returns label. Please kindly contact our customer service team with images of the faulty or incorrect items you have received so we can process your claim.
